Surface Finishes
Our cutlery finishes
KAIMEI comes in a range of finishes, from mirror polished to mat, satin and vintage. Each giving the final touch that brings the design to life. Every model of KAIMEI can be made in these finishes.
MIRROR — The stainless steel is mirror polished bringing a smooth, bright finish to the cutlery and a sparkle to the dining experience.
SATIN — Brushed stainless steel creates a soft contemporary look and warmer more relaxed feel for the table.
TEXTURED — Our exquisitely crafted collection of flatware features textured cutlery patterns bringing a touch of drama to the table.
VINTAGE — A distinct, semi-matte effect produced by tumbling the cutlery. This look has its own vintage personality, where every piece exhibits subtle differences.
PVD Colour Coating
Choose the PVD colour
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) adds a thin, hard layer of colour to stainless steel in a vacuum. It gives KAIMEI cutlery a distinctive finish while preserving its original shape and feel.
The advantages of PVD:
• Dishwasher durability: tested for 200 cycles.
• A hard surface that helps resist everyday wear.
• An extra barrier against surface corrosion.
• Six colours to complement your table setting.
Copper satin/mirror · Gold satin/mirror · Black satin/mirror · Blue satin/mirror · Rainbow satin/mirror · Champagne gold
